Turkey day has come and gone, and with that the ultimate royal rumble known as Black Friday is upon us. If you’re like me, most of my shopping will be done online to minimize my stress and much as possible. There are some instances though where I’ll brave the battle and head out into the neighborhood mall in search of that perfect gift.
Now what do you get the healthy, yogi-loving, friend or family member in your life? I’ve put together my top-ten healthy holiday gift guide to help you find some of the best products in skin care, fitness, food, lifestyle, etc. I put together a list of my favorite products to not only help you prepare for braving the shopping scene with a plan, but to help you put a smile on the health nut in your life’s face.
For the Kitchen
10. Instant Pot (Price Ranges from $60 to $150)
No healthy holiday gift guide would be complete without the Instant Pot.
The Instant Pot is the talk of the town when it comes to quick, painless cooking in the kitchen. I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews from friends cooking meals in 30 minutes or less. There’s also an abundance of recipe books dedicated to the Instant Pot. The Instant Pot is a must on any foodie’s list this year.
According to the website, the Instant Pot speeds up cooking by 2-6 times, and uses up to 70% less energy. The Instant Pot is also a multi-tasker’s dream – serving as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice maker, saute/steamers and even a yogurt maker. I am pretty stoked about that last part.
9. Veggie Spiralizer (Price Ranges from $16 to $40)
For the low-carb foodie in your life, any veggie spiralizer is a must. Simple and easy to use, a veggie spiralizer is perfect for creating any low carb dish using zucchini, carrots, beets or whatever you can dream up.
The ones that mount on the table are easiest (I had a hand-held one for a while and while I enjoy the workout it can be a pain). This is one of my favorite veggie spiralizers.
8. Healthy Human Water Bottles ($14.99 – $36.99 depending on size)
I don’t leave my house without my Healthy Human Stainless Steel Water Bottle. I love the fact that its stainless steel so I am not drinking that nasty plastic water bottle taste, but that they also keep liquids cold or hot.
Perfect for the hiker or general health nut in your life, these water bottles are BPA and sweat free, so you won’t have to worry about your water bottle leaving a puddle behind. Healthy Human is also currently doing a Cyber Monday deal on their site, use the code STOCKUP for some great deals!
For the Foodie
7. Simple Mills Cookies ($4.99)
Santa might be extra nice to you this year if you leave him a plate of Simple Mills cookies by the chimney, just saying.

Check out the Simple Mills website for more yummy, allergy-friendly snacks. Now through Cyber Monday if you use the code 25OFFSIMPLE or 25OFFCYB at checkout you will receive 25% off your order.
6. Primal Palate Spices ($9.95 Individual Spices, $24.95 for a 3-Pack)
Primal Palate spices are my must-haves for flavorful, healthy dishes without the added extra junk. All of their spices are paleo and Whole 30 approved. Some of them even approved for the autoimmune protocol (the breakfast blend is great on eggs and breakfast sausages!).
The taco seasoning (pictured above) is amazing for Taco Tuesday (which I used in my Paleo Stuffed Pepper recipe), and I literally use the Adobo Seasoning on everything from chicken to roasting veggies.
Check out the Primal Palates website for more spices. Now through Cyber Monday if you use the code Holiday on their website, you will receive 15% off your order!
5. Primal Kitchen Bars ($3 to $15 for a box)
The perfect stocking stuffer, Primal Kitchen Collagen Bars come in 4 different flavors: Chocolate Hazelnut, Coconut Cashew, Dark Chocolate and Macadamia Sea Salt.
Unlike most protein bars on the market, the Primal Kitchen Bars are low in sugar (sweetened with honey). They also include plenty of healthy fats and 15 grams of protein from the grass-fed collagen. You can find all the other awesome products Primal Kitchen makes on their website here.
For the Yogi Zen Master
4. The Stress-Proof Brain by Melanie Greenberg, PhD ($12.87 on Amazon)
The holidays can be one of the most stressful times for most. Learning to master the way you respond to stress using mindfulness is key to better coping with life’s stressors. I felt it necessary to include a little stress relief in my healthy holiday gift guide.
In this book, Dr. Greenberg explains how the stress response can go awry and how to get it back on track. She also has a series of practices throughout the book to help you master a skill. This book showed me that life isn’t going to be free of challenges, but I can change the way I respond to them. I also highly recommend following Dr. Greenberg on Twitter!
3. Pointe Studio Grip Socks($7.95 – $12.00)
I know I’ve been there a million times. Getting in to that downward dog when my feet decide they want to start sliding elsewhere. Especially with it being hot pretty much year round here in California, anything to help with grip during a yoga sesh is a must.
These grip socks are awesome for yoga and Pilates, and come in a variety of different colors and styles. You can check out their website here. They are doing a 30% off sale on their website right now, I am not sure how long it will last so catch it while you can!
For the Skin-Savvy
2. Coco Kind My Matcha Moisture Stick ($15.80 on Amazon)
Winter is the time of the year when the weather loves to suck all of the moisture out of your skin. This Matcha Moisture Stick from Coco Kind is the perfect on-the-go moisturizer for trouble areas. It also works great for those pesky under-eye bags (and with the hustle of the holidays it’s bound to happen). I also use their turmeric stick for pesky pimples.
Coco Kind also has a great line of environmentally friendly cosmetics. I like using the primer before putting on my make-up, and it works great for uneven skin tone. What’s also great is it includes awesome ingredients like chia seeds! Check out the rest of their products on their site here.
1. Primally Pure Oil Cleanser and Dry Shampoo (Dry Shampoo $12, Oil Cleanser $18)
Primally Pure has become one of my favorite natural beauty product brands over the past few months. One of the common reasons I was continuing to struggle with acne included the toxic products I was using on my face. Primally Pure prioritizes using only natural, pure ingredients in their skin care, body care and even baby products.
I have been using the Primally Pure Oily Skin Cleanser for a month or so and I have seen a drastic change in my acne. I have noticed larger cystic acne decreasing in size, and the smaller groups starting to disappear. Their dry shampoo is also fairy dust in a bottle (as I like to call it). I have tried so many different brands of dry shampoo, and nothing has made my hair feel as squeaky clean as the one from Primally Pure.
There’s nothing artificial about any of their products, just how it should be!
Have you tried any of these products on the list? Let me know in the comments!
