Paleo Crockpot Beef Stew


This paleo crockpot beef stew is the perfect Whole 30 approved dinner that’s also gluten-free and dairy free, for the family on those chilly fall nights – or when you wish it was a chilly fall night.



  • Primal Pastures beef stew cut
  • 1 package of Bonafide Provisions beef bone broth
  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 celery stocks
  • 2 cups of mini red potatoes
  • handful of pearl onions
  • 4 crushed and minced garlic cloves
  • salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 bayleaf (optional) remove before


  1. Start out by seasoning the steak with sea salt and pepper, and sear in a cast iron skillet on each side 2-3 minutes.
  2. Toss all of the veggies, garlic, seasoning and seared steak into the crockpot along with the broth and water, and set on the low setting for a minimum of 8 hours.
  3. You can garnish with additional parsley, or enjoy as is.
