Breakfast Smoothie Bowl


A delicious take on a breakfast favorite, featuring clean ingredients you can eat after a workout, first thing in the morning, or anytime. 


  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp nut butter of choice
  • 1 cup cashew milk


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and pour half of the milk in and set on the blender. Continue to add in milk until the breakfast smoothie bowl reaches the desired thickness. Add any toppings including shredded coconut, fruit and granola.
